As a young girl, I always wanted to work in the medical field.  When my parents would ask, "What do you want to do in life when you are older an on your own?" I would say that I wanted to help heal the sick. 

Barbara graduated in the top of her class from a Medical Assistant program at Spencerian College in Louisville, KY in 1981.  In 2011 Barbara obtained a Bachelor Degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix and is currently working on a Masters Degree in Business. 

In our office, Barbara's ambitions and passions are to help people.  She strives to live a purpose-filled life with God ordering her steps to make a positive difference in everyone she is able to reach.  In her time outside of the office, Barbara enjoys bowling and making cakes for wedding, birthday, and anniversary events.

Rana Franke - Insurance & Billing Specialist

Rana is a loyal and hard-working to ensure that any of your insurance questions or concerns are handled appropriately and quickly.  She has studied and performed in the chiropractic insurance world for many years.  Rana's father was a Doctor of Chiropractic as well and had the benefit of growing up with chiropractic healthcare as a lifestyle.  Rana is married and has a daughter and two sons.  She enjoys her pets and especially cats.

Ellen Johns - Public Relations & Marketing

Ellen is married to Dr. Trenton and is a great asset to the practice.  She sheds light with her smile and loves making all of our patients feel like a connected part of our chiropractic family.  She is committed to helping serve the practice and the community by involving our office in numerous community, church, and business events as well as health fairs, lectures, and continuing education seminars every year.
