DTS  TESTIMONY:  Donna McAllister had fallen years ago and suffered trauma to her tail bone causing tremendous pain that radiated down her leg.  As time progressed, other symptoms from the fall developed.  Her leg became weaker and periodically she even needed a cane for support to walk.
